39. Acquired Taste

When I first started eating healthy, I didn’t really like it. 

Kale was ehhh, tomatoe’s were different..

But after 6 years of eating healthy, I love kale and tomatoes (and can’t get enough of them) 

I developed an acquired taste for these things…

It’s just like starting something new or courageous or stepping into fear

At first it’s going to be ehhh

It’s going to be different

But after time passes, we’ll end up loving ‘X’ – whatever that may be.

Developing an acquired taste for all different things.
