Why do we get so worked up on how other people act?
Frustration, anger, their so stupid, how could you…
And the list goes on
In the moment we feel so right too, so entitled to how we feel
But in a logical sense
who cares
Because we can’t control what other people do or say
And we can control how we respond
Why would we ever want to feel negative emotions?
And we’re not talking benign delusion happy go lucky all the time because things do happen
We are human
But, for example, candles don’t care if another candle isn’t lit…
That candle is going to stay burning until it can’t burn no more.
