Eat fruits and vegetables 

Don’t drink alcohol 

Drink more water 

The less processed and less ingredients a food has, the better. 

These four simple rules to follow will pay DIVIDENDS for our health 

It’s not complicated 

We just have to do the work 

We have the goal, to be healthy 

We have the strategy – the what to do 

And now we have the tactic – how to do it 

The only way to get that crossed off our list?

Simply, getting these tasks done. 

The power list could help with this too. 

And it doesn’t matter if we do or don’t do these things, because time will tell.
