A practice of being super present in the moment
The point isn’t to silence our thoughts
See, the point is to realize the difference between thoughts and reality
To see how are thoughts can enter into our minds
And to watch them and ultimately bring ourselves back to the present when thoughts occur during our practice.
It’s like the basketball player working on their shot,
Or the carpenter working on their craft
Practicing, it’s just getting better at something
