301. What’s gotta happen everyday ?

Sleep. 

We must sleep everyday, and enough of it too 

And people recommend anywhere from 6-12 hours of sleeping a day. 

But it doesn’t have to be that way. 

I noticed that if I only got 5 hours of sleep one night that I was tired the next day, but I was only tired because that’s what other people told me, it wasn’t really how I felt because I got plenty of sleep the previous few days. 

I realized that sleep can be measured on a weekly scale, that we don’t need to get the same amount of sleep every night, but if we can get around the same amount of sleep each week – we’re golden. 

Learning to feel when our bodies really need sleep.

On that note, I really need some sleep – hitting the hay early tonight.
