What’s your prescreening say?
In real estate; we’re taught to prescreen potential applicants
Not just based on their application or the resume, because anyone can make that look good.
There’s more to it:
how they present themselves, how they interact with us, how they communicate and act, even what their home looks like, how they dress, their use of words
One person follows directions, and does what is asked, in an easy and smooth fashion
The other doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t do what’s asked, is a headache, and smells like a cigarette ashtray.
It’s the smallest difference but the biggest at the same time
