Qualification standards are there for a reason
To judge everyone fairly
To not waste anyone’s time
Sometimes the standards get ignored (that’s when a pickle happens)
Sometimes the standards are followed (more of this)
And these standards hold particularly well in renting out real estate and qualifying applicants
