We don’t have to say yes to everything
In fact, we can’t say yes to everything
If we say yes, we inadvertently say no to something else
Yes to going out, no to getting anything else done
Yes to studying, no to playing video games.
Yes to working out, no to
A paradox.
And a simple – I’m good – should do the trick.
