Higher ups set the example – what flies and what doesn’t in an organization
A being on your phone policy is fine – but do you do that?
Cleaning up after yourself is fine – but do you do that?
People do what they see
Especially the younger ones who look up to others
Leading by example isn’t the best way to lead though, it’s the only way to lead
Because just like our mommas said, actions speak louder than words
