710. experiences used to change our beliefs

Ever experience that? 

You did something hard, that you never thought you could, but with hard work and dedication – you pulled it off? 

What if we started to intentionally put ourselves in those predicaments? 

An example: I started with a marathon, something I was so scared to do. Then it went to a 50 mile race. I was even more scared. Then 100 miles. Scared shitless. And then 200 miles, a calm. 

And with each victory won, each lesson learned, it helped to change my beliefs. 

Beliefs on life, on little things, on what I can accomplish, on what the body can endure, on controlling what I can, staying focused, disciplined, getting better
