When we set goals, how do we determine what too small or too big is?
A way I get around this is to double my goals
I started with a marathon, then 50 mile ultra marathon (doubled marathon)
Then to a 100 mile race – doubled the 50
And last a 200 mile ultra marathon – doubled the 100
Will I go 400 miles? Maybe. I found the fools 409 to be a really interesting race.
However I want to do more series events now. Stuff like The PA black list. The triple crown 200. Maybe become a “super slammer.”
Doubling goals have been super effective for me and my life. I’m starting to apply this to other areas too, not just fitness endeavors.
Things like my finance goals, real estate goals, and personal goals.
