736. Doom scrolling

An endless mindless scroll looking for the next dopamine high. It happens. 

How do we respond when we get out of that? 

Go right back into scrolling?

Go get something meanful done? 

Pout and feel worse than we did before? 

Production pivot?

It may not be our fault that we doom scrolled, 

after all the algorithms are built for that. 

But it is our responsibility to take control of our lives the second we realize we’re “doom scrolling”

Get up dust off and keep it moving
