How do you eat nowadays?
Breakfast around 9 am
Lunch around noon
Dinner around 5pm
And how are you feeling nowadays?
Slow, sluggish?
Energetic?
What if we didn’t even change what we ate, but when we ate?
Could we feel better? More energetic?
I think so.
Here’s a different way:
Only eat fruit in the morning – fruit till noon, as much of it as you want. Smoothies are fine, but use water/ fruit juice as the liquid.
(eat enough bananas and you’ll feel “full”)
Then, at noon – start your meals. Whatever your breakfast usually is – eat that first if you’d like.
Or you can start with a big fresh salad.
Whatever you want.
Eat what you normally eat throughout the day – but stop eating by 8 pm.
So you eat from noon to 8pm
There’s a few reasons this works, most importantly it gives our body time to process all the food we just ate for the day.
