What would you rather do: Teamwork or do it by yourself?
A lot more can get accomplished with a team, but then it’s learning a different set of skills like leading, communicating, organizing, executing, accountability
Meanwhile working solo is – it’s just me
I can do what I want
Short term this seems easier
Long term? Teamwork will beat out every time
As the saying goes, “teamwork makes the dream work”
And that could be teamwork in different ways
At work, in sports, in the house, on the road
We’re all on the same team
Isn’t that something? Maybe not
