953. be, do, have rant

Goals are the have. 

Have a nice body 

A million dollars 

Perfect relationship 

And once we have that goal, usually we figure out what to do – a to-do list

We set our goals and start doing 

Nice body? Go to the gym of course, eat healthy, and how long does that last? 

We know the story, most end up back on their couch, slipping on what they’re eating, wasting time…

But diets, workouts – they can’t help us if we don’t change the way we think. 

See, what matters is who you have to be in order to follow a certain way of eating. If you want to be someone who is healthy, well then, healthy people eat healthy and move often verses if you just want to have good health 

The difference is that you still have habits that support where you are now… 

We’re aligned with who we need to be, often it’s not what we want. 

Change who we are, change what we do, change what we have. 

This goes for all areas of life too:

Money – people try to do what wealthy people do and have what they have. Expensive trips, dinners, houses, cars…

Until they learn that just because they have things that make them look wealthy, doesn’t mean they’re wealthy. 

Trying to keep up with the Jones’, most of them are exhausted.
