981. letting things go

We get caught up on external things 

Like work, what they said, how they acted

But we can’t control any of that 

So what’s the point in getting worked up? 

Maybe the ego likes it. 

Like bitching about it will somehow solve it 

But what usually happens? It goes on and on and on 

We feel worse then before we started bitching 

Maybe it’s better to focus on what we can control & how we respond to these silly little situations.
