986. What we used to do 

Maybe we used to be able to do 100 pull-ups in a set 

Or we used to run 

Used to pound beers 

But then we fell off… 

Maybe not slack, but just did other things 

What happens when we go back to our “used to” thing though 

We usually push it too hard or do too much. 

We used to run 100 miles per week, but then we stopped running. We got back into it and tried to start running 100 miles per week – we’re amped up, ready to go 

After all, we used to do it… 

It goes for anything 

Start small, get the mojo going
