Silence: for as long as you need
Affirmations: what’s your mantra?
Visualize: what’s your goals?
Exercise: even just for a few minutes. Get that blood pumping.
Read: at least a page of something valuable
Scribe: write down things – goals, power list, workouts for the day, affirmation, what are you grateful for? What are some concerns you have? Anything you want.
These rituals can be done first thing in the morning, the first time you get a moment to yourself, at night, during lunch
But doing them everyday is important. Like a compass. A compass won’t automatically get us to where we want to go, it just lets us know we are generally headed in the right direction.
