Keep a journal.

Take the time to think about what happened yesterday or earlier in the day – and be raw. Be real.

What aided your happiness? What got you to put yourself into a bad mood? What could you do differently? What did you do well? How did you grow? Did I act in line with who I want to become? How can I improve? What can I do better? What quotes resonated with me?

Recording our thoughts – we’re less likely to forget them, we’ll be able to keep track of our progress, and maybe most importantly , we’re clearing our minds to allow new stuff to come in.
