1075. Irrational fears.

Ever think about our own death?

Most people don’t. They even fear death and what it brings.

We avoid it because we think it’s a depressing thought…

Is it depressing though? Or is it liberating?

Because reflecting on that fact that we’re going to die one day, even today – it starts to develop clarity.

What really matters to me? Is this really that big of a deal? There’s other things in life to go after.

What if the doc told us we have a week to live? Whether that’s right or not, what changes would you make? how would you respond?

Then imagine if we actually did die, but came back to life… how is that for a perspective shift?

Instead of running from the concept of death, let’s embrace it and allow death to turn us into the best humans we can be.
