How many students fail a class? Whose fault is that?
The teachers.
After all, it’s the teachers job to teach the students what they need to know.
To motivate them and keep them the work engaging and not bore them to death.
But how often do teachers blame the students? “They don’t try”
What if we acted this way in other areas of life too? We see people slacking or doing something off hand – maybe the person doesn’t even realize, have we tried to help them fix their issues?
Or someone underperforming at work, what if we talked to them and see what was good vs just firing them?
If someone is being annoying, why am I being so sensitive? Why am I letting this person get to me? Maybe we could even talk to the other person about their behavior … something we can’t control.
If all else fails, let it go because it could be just this isolated incident anyway.
