Austin R. sent me these three tips that they do at the end of every year (thank you so much):
“Start Stop Continue” Doing this allows me to reflect on the year and see what worked, what didn’t work, and what I need to change in the following year. I just write down 3-7 things in each column that I want to work on.
I stay VERY present with my family over the holidays, these are moments you can never get back!
I spend more time than usual journaling. Journaling has always been my “safe” place and allows me to do my deepest thinking
The first exercise seems like a lot of value. I’ll give this a go and post back up here.
The second point – not necessarily family, but staying present over the holidays (and all the time) is something worth striving for.
The third point, this is something I need to get back into “think time” 10 minutes per day and just let my mind wonder.
