Showing your effort vs talking about it
Won the high school championships and now you are 35 years out of high school, still talking about it.. what are you doing now?
How many times do you look out for someone and tell someone about it? Why not just look out for the sake of looking out?
A riff on that: when we don’t tell people we looked out, there’s something inside of us that glows (bright) that other people can see – maybe it’s the air or the confidence or the goodwill we portray.
Listen twice as much as you speak, keep the lookouts to yourself, and maybe your world starts to fall in place?
