1117. Success and aim

“Don’t aim at success—the more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side-effect of one’s dedication…In the long run—in the long run, I say!—success will follow you precisely because you had forgotten to think about it.”

— Viktor Frankl

This man is someone worth listening to – a survivor (better yet a THRIVER) of the holocaust and concentration camps… funny how that works? Life handed him shit and he made a shit sandwich and enjoyed it. (this is an analogy)

Keep putting in the work, the rest will follow…

Maybe not when we want it too, but time exposes everything – wether we’ve been putting in the work or not..

Plus, the long game always wins.
