Sleep is needed to survive, duh, but how many people sacrifice sleep to do whatever it is the want to do? (maybe even ‘need’ to do)
that’s the problem, people aren’t putting sleep as a priority and using it as a write-off.
Putting our feet on the wall is a way to help us get “alot” of sleep in a short amount of time.
see we an sleep for 20 minutes with our feet on the wall and it feels like we got more than an hour…
why is this?
I think it has something to do with the way the blood flows, giving more blood to our heart and brain, making us feel more alive.
the alternative is to lie down normally and get some rest,…
what do you think?
Sometimes it’s not what you do, it is how you do it.
