It’s easy to do life when things are going good.
But what about when shit goes sideways?
What about when things don’t go according to plan?
How do we deal with it?
Rage? Anger? Cry? Get worked up?
With poise? Elegancy? Confidence?
There’s a difference between the two.
And that’s why we are always working on ourselves, not for when things are going good but when shit goes sideways.
Working on ourselves with things like discipline, exercise, mediation, reading, controlling how we react, eating healthy, journaling, reflecting, visualizing, pushing ourself and all the other little things that go into being a good human.
It’s not easy, but it’s damn worth it.
