1177. Work work work

How many days have you gone without hitting the gym?

If you’re someone who doesn’t work out, maybe it’s been months or ever years (jeez)

But if you’re someone who does workout, maybe it’s only been a few days.

Or you work out everyday…

Either way if you do work out consistently there’s that feeling you get when you haven’t been to the gym in a few days.

A bit soft, lazy – maybe even irritable

Or maybe that same feeling happens when you’ve been on vacation for too long or when they retire

The point of our mind and body is to use them.

But they’ll turn on themselves if they aren’t put to work, our bodies and minds are meant to be used.

The idle mind is a devils workshop

Get out and work.

Life isn’t all about work, we can have hobbies and past times, the issue is when we try to push these feelings away by buying things, wasting time, fighting, creating unnecessary dramas

Don’t eat empty calories, find real true nourishment n
