1179. Tests

Testing in the workplace, it’s a good way to keep people on their toes.

To make sure they know what they need to know. A knowledge staff is an effective one.

Are there repercussions for “failing” the test? Probably.

And what about if staff passes the test are there rewards? Probably not.

“Well you get to work here still”

Is that really the reward?

Disciplining staff, children, whoever – there’s a fine line that’s sometimes hard to tell.

Is this hurting them or helping them? In the long run or the short run? What’s the point of what I am doing? What am I looking for the outcome?
