1213. Respecting Opinions: Understanding vs Agreeing

We can understand someone’s point of view, but we don’t have to agree with it

How many points of view can there be on a given situation?

Do this not that, but skip that and bring this.

There’s too many combinations. 2+2=4 and so does 16/4

The odds of us seeing eye to eye on something is small (which is fine)

So how do we go about this situation?

We can understand someones point of view – even appreciate and respect it.

but we don’t have to agree with it

and we can try to find a middle ground (if that’s worth it) – negotiating the sale of real estate.

If it’s trivial, we can just move on – who cares? Who cares where we go to eat?

Not sweating the small stuff, and it’s all small stuff.
