1282. Best, Not, & Maybe

Not feeling your best 

This may have been how it’s slowly progressed to this point 

  • Just not enough sleep each night
  • Not enough water each day, too much coffee and alcohol (which majorly affects sleep) 
  • Having a cluttered mind/ not calming the mind or processing thoughts & emotions  
  • Distracting activities are more like social media and TV 

And it happens, 

Sometimes we strike out, others we get on base, and sometimes we smack it out the park 

Either way, it’s okay 

But only if we keep getting up to bat 

that’s the most important part 

trying to do better even when we don’t want to 

When every fiber in your being doesn’t want to do something that we know is for the better for us, we can work on doing whatever that thing is right at that moment

or at least that day.

Low points, don’t last forever 

“this too shall pass”

valleys eventually turn into mountains 

So do what you can, 

the best you can 

in the moment,

 with a smile on your face 

for enough days

get that mojo back
