The power list really has changed my life.

What is the power list?

It’s 5 actionable tasks that take you towards your goals.

  • write and post this blog
  • Prepare for interview for at least 60 minutes
  • workout of the day/ eating routine
  • Pack for trip coming up
  • 20 minutes of Acro yoga

that’s my power list today. The idea is to do all those tasks – then I’ll win my day.

Win enough days you win the week.

Win enough weeks you win the month

Win enough months and you win the year

Win enough years and you know you’re winning at life.

I’ve been tracking this concept for over 200 weeks, winning about 80% of days, 5.5 days to be more exact.

Your power list will look different than mine. That’s the point.

The power list keeps you on track, the rutter of the ship of life, and is especially helpful when we have a packed filled day between living, work, friends family or kids – it sometimes feels like we don’t have enough time.

It’s those days when I’m reminded of how important the power list is to keep the momentum of life going, winning my days, ticking the boxes, moving the needle forward,

Priority is the watchword. What do you want? what are you willing to make a priority? Then figure out how to make hit happen.
