1317. TimeBlocking and travel

what an important activity, it’s really a meeting with yourslef to plan for the week.

Yeah, the weekly flow is the same but sometimes they switch up

and this next few weeks is going to be a switch up with some traveling going on.

the plan for the time block? to make the most of my time there.

  • minimal social media/ internet
  • max presence
  • learn Spanish and drawing
  • move more and keep doing acroyoga
  • write more
  • mediate
  • take pictures
  • close out the year
  • plan for next year

The power list will be a tool that I continue to use; of course with a slightly different flow than usual, here are 5 critical items I plan to finish each day.

  • Ponder, Write, Post
  • WOD / Nutrition
  • No herba
  • Meditate 2 x 10 min
  • Take 3 pictures throughout the day
