1362. Flossing, Swimming naked, and Father Time

I just looked up on google how many people floss daily…

30%, only 30% of the people in the world floss daily.

How can something as little as flossing, which takes about a minute or two to do, not be getting done?

Someone who flosses daily vs someone who doesn’t is going to have way different oral health 5, 10, 20 years down the line.

The little things really do add up, and not just with flossing

The person who reads 30 minutes per day vs someone who doesn’t

Someone who has goals vs someone who doesn’t

Visualizing vs not

Positive affirmations vs constant negativity

Eating healthy vs eating junk

Giving your best all the time with a positive attitude vs cutting corners

over the course of time; there’s just going to be a gap that seems insurmountable.

and maybe it is, because just like compound interest, time in the market is the secret

It’s not a lucky break, or winning the lottery or a law suit, it’s seemingly small things done consistently throughout the course of our lives

Time exposes all of us, where are you going to be in 10 years? 20 years? 30 years?

Are you going to be living the life of your dreams?

or realize you were swimming naked….
