So after work was pretty simple for me. I was dogged tired: Yoga, wash up, and get ready for bed.
Some people stay up after work, they have a different flow. Maybe it’s get some work done, read some pages, watch TV or skim social media, whatever it may be
The point of the after work flow, it’s either going to bring you up or pull you down.
Someone who gets done work and just watches tv the rest of the night vs someone who works out, preps for tomorrow, and spends time with their kids or dog or whatever
Their lives may look the same in the day to day, but in a few years? T
They’ll be in different spots.
It’s like the plane that takes off with the nose pointed just a few inches off target – instead of landing in NYC they end up in Washington DC
What you do after work matters, and getting into a healthy routine is beneficial for the long term.
There might be short term pain, but that’s a price that needs to be paid for long term success.
