And overall I do like it, some pros and cons no doubt but that just comes with anything I feel like. The best pro is not getting cut – it’s super consistent here.
the biggest con is the pay but that won’t last forever.
I’m in a 250 unit apartment mixed use building so doing a lot of residential stuff like outlets and lights, which is cool they’re letting me tap in like that. A lot of first years on bigger jobs just stand to the side type of thing and get break order and material. It makes the day go by faster and I’m gaining experience.
