Who you pick to send the rest of your life with mat be one of the most important decisions of your life.
You’ll most likely be spending a lot of time with this person and the saying birds of a feather flock together may be cliché but it’s true.
We rise (or sink) to the level of our relationships.
Here’s some differences
Does your partner constantly nag you? Be little you? Call you names? Or do they hear you out, and appreciate your thoughts and efforts? And remind you the do?
Are yous constantly arguing and bickering? or are you having meaningful and deep conversations?
Is there a scorecard? or do yous give your best all the time with a positive attitude? Or at least try too?
Do you communicate your feelings or do you expect (big word) your partner to read your mind?
Do you expect? do they expect?
What about finances? Are yous on the same page or is one a spender and the other a saver?
And sex, does that happen?
These are just a few different situations but you can get the idea.
If we picked someone whose answers aren’t so good, I mean we’re can we expect to go?
And if we are with someone who lifts us up?
We’ll be in dramatically different places come 5,10,20,50 years down the line.
