1450. Inches and miles

Give someone an inch and they take a mile

It’s funny how that works right?

You look out for someone and they expect the look out every time

You pay someone for 8 hours when they only worked 5 or 6, that’s a look out

But now they expect it every time and are even mad when they don’t get that, refusing to work

Or you take care of someone’s animal, and they don’t pay you. That was a look out, but now they’re going away for 2 weeks for the third time this year and they expect you to watch them.

Where is the line?

When does looking out not come to looking out?

Of course, we can change our perspectives and even our outcomes

Being happy with OT

Saying no to watching the pet

And if not?

Don’t do OT

Acceptance can go a long way, so can not caring

And using that free energy to focus on things that empower us
