You can’t take back what you do or say
But you can think about what you do or say
If it’s something you did, pull the lesson from it and move accordingly
You were speeding and got pulled over, now your license is suspended. Okay fine, and I’m not going to speed again. It’s not worth it
But ideally it’s something you didn’t do
You didn’t freak out, becuase you were self aware enough to realize you’re over reacting
How much pain and headache could be solved by just thinking before a right?
You don’t HAVE to say something to someone – giving them a piece of your mind – you want to say something to them.
And that’s a personal problem
