Take lessons in stride
We’re not suppose to have it all figured out
But we can learn from our mistakes and not make the same mistake twice
And even if we do,
It gives us another opportunity to learn that lesson
If we keep making the same mistake though that’s on us
The after action report is a great tool for this concept:
- What went well
- What didn’t
- What did I learn
- What am I going to do differently
