Aligned
- the house set up – simple, clean, functional, well equipped, cozy, artsy, minimal
- love how quality time is going, doing c&j during lunch call, prep at the end of the week to do “two for ones”
- Training and living an active and healthy lifestyle
- Writing snippets
- Investing each month and maxing out Roth’s
- Habits project (focusing on one new habit per month or theme)
Some needed fixes:
- Take trash out nightly during champs last let out. Continue to declutter
- Continue to increase income and work on awareness like taking a few minutes after work to get my energy back up w things like deep breaths
- Remember to list wins for the week during c and j as these help boost morale
- Embracing sobriety and Kevin’s rule even if it’s just a new coffee shop
When do I feel most content and ‘in flow’ with C in my daily life, what exactly are we doing? Are we creating enough space for those moments, or should we reorganize some things to have more of what makes us thrive
- Making Quality time a priority during free time. Things like: gym treadmill time – sunday mornings, morning texts, Noon phone call, Goodnight texts, decluttering. Any time we can spend together is great.
What’s one thing you feel a little nervous or uncertain about with your current plans? It could be something small or big – and then let’s brainstorm how we could address that uncertainty together
- This years pay cut. A little nervous about it but it really all will work out. Even if we pull in 2.5k per month from here on out (625 per week) we will be super good. Keep picking up OT and side work and bbi shifts if needed. Our expenses this year will be around 50k and same with our income (vs 55/80k the past few years). The pay cut will be felt but we will be okay.
