Every single decision that we make as an effect on ourselves
Kind of amazing right?
Especially because we make about 35,000 decisions per day
Holy shit.
And everyone one of them really does have an effect on us.
the thing is, some of these effects take years to surface, others right away.
If we choose to commit a crime, maybe we don’t get caught right away, maybe we do. What’s the effect of that decision? Even if it was unconscious.
Or if we choose to eat healthy everyday vs someone who always eats fast food…
Someone who dresses well or someone who doesn’t care about their appearance…
What to do with our free time
How we raise our pets or kids
How we interact with people
Do we workout or not
Investing , in what? When? How?
Our philosophy on life what we believe in?
And remember the effects of our decisions might not be right away
The negative person didn’t become negative right off the jump, but from years and years of seeing things skewed in that perspective.
