There’s a lot to be said about taking your time
It’s easy to rush and move as fast as you can
But how long can you do that for?
It’s another thing to consciously slow down
To pay attention
To your work, your breath, your body
To be in the moment
How can we remember to take our time?
It’s a skill we can develop
A habit we can build
By breathing deeper
By remembering to stay in the moment
Not all the time
But over time, we’ll get there
A journey worth taking
The funny thing is, we slow down and usually we get the same result if we were rushing, without the anxiety, headache, etc – maybe even a better result
