If someone can do 8 hours of work in 4 hours while some one does 4 hours of work in 8 hours…
What’s better?
Depends who you ask.
Someone who does 4 hours of work in 8 hours, they had an easy day
But the owner is at a loss
Someone who does 8 hours of work in 4 hours?
They busted their ass, and what’s the owner do?
Expect more, for them to keep going at that same rate for what? Indefinitely.
Treat people right and they’ll treat you right
Give people the benefit of the doubt, generosity goes a long way, longer then we might think
