31. Give it to them, no strings

What would they want?

Going on a date with your S/O? What would they want? 

Negotiating a sale? What would they want? 

Trying to discipline your child or dog, what would they want? 

It doesn’t make sense to think of what I want, because the other person [or dog] may not want that… 

Instead if we think in terms of the other person, it’s quite simple to figure out what they want

Then we can give it to them, no strings attached
