Technician, Manager, Entrepreneur 

One does the work, the nitty gritty

The other manages that person to ensure standards are being met 

The third sets and tweaks the vision. 

There’s no one better than the other 

it’s about our preference. 

And changing from one level to the next could be easy 

or it could be one of the most difficult things ever… 

Because we’re all different

But If we do want to get to a different ‘level’ 

then awareness is that first step to making that a reality. 

Then it’s the plan, do, review like we’ve talked about.
