117. It’s not the worst thing ever, it’s the best

Let’s imagine something going wrong in our life 

(yes we all have something going wrong or less than ideal) 

Let’s use weight loss 

Some people may get overwhelmed because they have to lose 100 pounds 

Other people get (and stay) motivated to lose 100 pounds. 

They both have to lose 100 pounds, but their mindset is radically different. 

And we could guess which of the two are going to achieve the results…

The best part about all this? 

The way we look at something is just our first thought. 

And we can reframe or change our negative outlook and turn it into a positive one. 

Changing our thoughts, then our actions, and finally our results. 

PS It’s a real change too, not a phony one to discredit the power of reframing
