Even thinking negative emotions, leading to worry, anxiety and stress..
The mind does something, then there’s a reaction we feel in our bodies
That gap between the mind and body is called emotion.
If our mind starts to wander and then we start to feel worked up, that’s because we missed our emotion gap.
Becoming aware of that emotion gap is becoming conscious, the watcher of our mind vs the reactor.
And by becoming aware of our own emotion gaps, we can start to become less stress, and live a more accepting and open life
