159. I didn’t know

I didn’t know – how many times do we hear that?

Ignorance is not an excuse though 

Because if we back into someone, running them over and killing them – I didn’t know they were there, isn’t going to hold up well. 

Because if we discriminate when we’re in a business that has set discrimination rules (like in real estate) “I didn’t know” isn’t going to result in us given a warning. 

Instead of saying “i didn’t know”…

let’s be proactive and figure things out

Because I didn’t know – is a lame set of words given in the context of an excuse. 

Let’s work on figuring things out, and not just blindly rolling through life
