197. I’ll do it tomorrow

We know eating healthy is what we should be doing 

The same goes for movement and working out 

Or starting that book or blog, 

Learning or reading

we know we should be doing – possibly – a lot more than we are. 

Though, the lens we see this through isn’t “I’ll never get to this stuff” 

It’s “I’ll get to this stuff tomorrow” 

And tomorrow never comes… 

The thing is, we don’t need to wait till tomorrow to change for the better

Because there’s no better time than right now, 

After all – it’s all we have anyway.
