Everything we do is habit
The way we walk, what we eat, what we wear
What we do, how we think, what we say
Who we hang out with, what we drink
How we wake up and go to bed

Because someone who runs, reads, drinks water, and mediates everyday is going to have a drastically different life then someone who watches mindless TV, drinks beers, and argues everyday
